What should my child wear to their Hero session?
Your little hero can come dressed as their favorite superhero OR as what they want to be when they grow up! We provide fun props like capes, doctor kits, and firefighter hats, but feel free to bring their own costume if they have a favorite. We recommend comfortable clothes they can move around in easily.
How long is each session and what's the time commitment?
Each session is 15 minutes of pure fun! We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to get settled. The entire experience from arrival to departure is about 25 minutes total.
When will I see my child's photos?
Your proofs will be ready for viewing within one week of your session. We'll schedule a convenient in-person appointment where you can see all the amazing images and decide which ones you'd like to purchase for prints.
What is your policy on rescheduling or cancelling a photography session
We understand that life happens! Due to the special nature of Hero Day being a one-day event, rescheduling isn't possible. However, if you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another family. If we can fill your spot, your session fee will be refunded. Weather won't be a concern since all Hero sessions are held indoors in our comfortable studio.
How are the final photos delivered?
After you've selected your favorite images and placed your print order, I personally edit each photo to perfection. You'll receive an online gallery to approve the final edits, and then your beautiful prints are ordered from professional labs. Once they arrive, I inspect each piece personally before packaging them in our signature presentation. You'll receive a social media sized digital file for every image you purchase for print - perfect for sharing your little hero with family and friends!
What comes with my $99 session fee?
Your session includes 15 minutes of professional photography, use of all our fun hero props, professional editing, an in-person viewing appointment, AND a hero cookie voucher from Clementine's Pastries! Additional prints and digital files are available for purchase.
